Dealership Levels

At The Stoney Creek Companies, we have developed different levels of dealership that provide the fundamentals and building blocks for success.

Your dealership will have the support of our corporate staff during every step along the way. We will provide you with ongoing sales training on how to sell log homes. We will also provide you with advertising methods and strategies to enhance your market awareness. Our training covers the fundamentals of pricing and designing a custom home produced by Stoney Creek.

The Stoney Creek Companies dealership levels:

Associate
This level is designed for the individual who is strictly looking for a part-time job that will bring additional income into his or her household. As an associate, you will work exclusively with an internal sales team with each client. The level of commission will start out at our basic level and will grow based on the volume of sales acheived each year.

Dealer
This level is designed for the individual who is getting started in the log home business, on either a full-time or part-time basis. Dealers will work closely with our corporate staff on every facet of the business, including pricing of each home designed. This level has a commission structure that will increase based on sales volume each year.

Master Dealer
This level is designed for the individual who is willing to commit to a full-time career in the log home industry. Master dealers are required to operate their business with a full-time staff in a commercial location within their territory. Master dealers will be involved with our corporate staff as well, and will be responsible for handling the client all the way from the initial sale to pricing and design work. This level of dealership has a commission structure that is much higher than that of the dealer level, due to the fact that master dealers are supporting a free-standing office. The commissions will also increase based on sales volume each year.


Benefits For The Dealership
The Stoney Creek Companies will also support your efforts by assigning you an exclusive marketing area. We will supply you with corporate leads that we have received through our national advertising efforts. You will be responsible for all follow-ups within this assigned area. We will also support you in the way of co-op advertising. We will allocate 1% of your annual sales to be used for advertising your business. We recommend a minimum of $2,000.00 per year to be dedicated to this local support and advertising. You will also be authorized to use Stoney Creek marketing tools, such as usage of our logo in conjunction with your own, exposure on our national website, and occasional corporate advertising.
