Dealership Levels

At The Stoney Creek Companies, we have developed levels of dealership that will give you the fundamentals and building blocks for success.

Your dealership will have the support of our corporate staff in each step along the way. We will provide you with ongoing sales training on how to sell log homes. We will also provide you with advertising methods and strategies to enhance your market awareness and training that will give you the basic fundamentals of pricing and designing a custom home produced by Stoney Creek.


The Stoney Creek Companies dealership levels:

Associate
This level is designed for the individual that is strictly looking to have a part time job, which will add additional income to their household. You will work exclusively with an internal sales team with each client. This level of commissions will start out as our basic level and will grow based on the volume per year the associate achieves.

Dealer
This level is designed to fit the individual that is getting started in the log home business either full-time or on a part-time basis. This level will work closely with our corporate staff on every facet of the business including pricing of each home designed. This level has a commission structure that will increase based on your sales volume each year.

Master Dealer
This level is designed for the individual that will be committing to a full-time career in the log home industry. This level is required to operate its business with a full-time staffed and a commercial location within their territory. This level will be involved with our corporate staff as well and will be responsible for handling the client all the way through the sale from pricing to design work. This level of dealership has a commission structure that is much higher than that of the dealer due to the fact that they are supporting a free standing office. The commissions will also increase based on your sales volume each year.


Benefits For The Dealership
The Stoney Creek Companies will also support your efforts in the way of assigning an exclusive marketing area. We will supply you with corporate leads of inquiries that we have received through our national advertising efforts. You will be responsible for all follow-ups within this assigned area. We will also support you in the way of co-op advertising. We will allocate 1% of your annual sales to be used for advertising your business. We recommend a minimum of $2,000.00 per year to be dedicated for this local support and advertising. You will also be authorized to use Stoney Creek marketing tools such as the logo in conjunction with yours, exposure on our national web site, and from time to time our corporate advertising.
